ClariHelp collects the minimum information needed to respond to appointment requests and follow up with you about your enquiry.
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen advice area, preferred session format, preferred time, and optional notes about your situation.
We use your information to confirm appointment requests, contact you about your advisory, and improve the support we provide. We do not use your conversation content to build advertising profiles.
On this site, submission data is stored locally in your browser for the current device so you can review it from the Request Log page. If you need a more permanent or team-based workflow, we can connect this form to a secure backend or CRM.
